Gazpacho is a sweet older alpaca who had been living alone after his herd of goat friends were moved to a different location, leaving him behind. Alpacas are social creatures and can actually die of loneliness as they are so dependent on their herd. Thankfully we were able to raise enough funding to bring him home, and after a quarantine period we were able to safely introduce him to his new family. HE became fast friends with our goat Gene and sheep Brent. Gazpacho now spends his days with plenty of friends everywhere he turns.
